On August 27th, a teleconference meeting was held between the team (Michael Peacock of SWBDC, Debbie Stanley of Stanley Consulting, Tamarah Begay of Indigenous Design Studio) and Lupton site representatives Regan Hawthorne and Jack Anderson. The site plan and intended land use were the primary subjects of this meeting.

A team meeting was held on August 17, 2012. The site visit notes were reviewed. Some items discussed were scope of work, land use and status, legal survey, topographic survey, and utilities at site.
The demographics for Lupton have been updated for the feasibility study. The demographics for Lupton and the nearest cities surrounding Lupton were taken from the US Census 2010 American Fact Finder site and analyzed. Comparisons were made with the surrounding cities and conclusions were drawn based on how those cities rank in age, income, employment, education, and housing.
